July 12 Special: With Gold at $1568 an ounce (as we go to online press today) and Silver at $27.21 an ounce -- both prices quite a bit lower than previous, recent highs of around $1921 an ounce for Gold (Sept. 2011) and $47 an ounce for Silver (2011) -- the question for people looking into investments is whether these precious metals (alias commodities to some and currencies to others) will start rising again considerably in the near future.
